I rested with my husband and grandson for 3.5 years at the end of December 2021 for 7 days. The resort is beautiful, the territory is large, well-groomed, beautiful. At night, all in lights, many trees of Christmas trees glow - just a fairy tale. Premises, corridors, halls are beautifully decorated for the New Year. Quite clean and renovated (certainly not without flaws). Corridors and halls in buildings in an individual, interesting design. I really liked that all the buildings are connected by warm transitions (this is a big plus if you consider that you are relaxing in the winter and with a small child).
Why did I choose this sanatorium, although I have a lot of experience in other sanatoriums in Russia?
There were several wishes: the presence of mineral water, a swimming pool with a children's section, a children's room and, of course, a covered passage from the pool. All this is "5"! Administrators - "5". The medical staff - "4", the doctors - I put "5", but I talked with 3, and once, the procedures - "5". Swimming pool - "5". We ate in the Amber Hall. The food is well prepared and tasty. Thank you cooks. The waitresses are polite, patient-well done! Of course, it would be a little more varied (although everything suited me) and the buffet would still be calculated according to the number of eaters. Very often latecomers did not find anything on the buffet. And yet, very tasty pastries, but rarely.
I'll start with the fact that the meeting of the guest is not organized. No, you don't need to dance with a tambourine. Elementary, call from the checkpoint to the reception and find out if these guests are expected, let the car into the territory for registration. After a 4-hour trip in a warm car (they were lightly dressed, respectively), I had to walk and with a small child in the cold (about 20) to go to the building, register, pay for parking, and only after that the car was started to unload things. I ran out to the car, sweaty, to pick up my things. The reception girls were very nice. Competent, polite, attentive (except for one, which seems to have worked alone on the 28th)
They provided us with a 2-room suite of the "Lux" category (because there was a condition: 2 double bed + extra bed. Of course, this is not a Suite, but we were not interested in luxury, we needed convenience and cleanliness. Which we did not have. we had a lot of things, but there was nowhere to put out of the bags, to hang too.1 bedside table with 2 drawers and in the hallway a wardrobe with many hangers that did not intervene in size.i.e. there is no storage space!!! Refrigerator - "lame-legged". Microwave at least put in the Suite! The child sometimes needed to warm up. The kettle was boiled on the floor, because the cord does not reach from another place. Extra bed - sofa - very short. A 3-year-old child could not put one, my husband slept diagonally, with a height of 162 cm, it was barely enough for me.
Cleaning was every day and seemed to be thorough, but when the child’s car rolled under the sideboard and under the sofa, then I then washed it with soap and water. There is chewing gum, and open candy and all sorts of rubbish ...
Of course, the shower cabin is "not new", I understand and have no complaints, but I could not find a plug for the hole, I asked the maid, so it turns out they are not anywhere at all.
About procedures. The medical registrar did not even ask what time suits us. They told me to come out and pick up the schedule of procedures in 15 minutes. When our child sleeps, when he walks on the street, will we have time to run from one procedure to another, because both my husband and I have procedures.
I understand that a week's stay does not imply a full-fledged treatment, so I assumed to take "a few paid procedures. But alas, the accounting department" closed "paid services until the end of the year.
Of course, for the most part the staff of the sanatorium is normal, but, as they say, in any flock there is a black sheep, which lowered the rating.
Surprisingly, there are always very few visitors in the pump room and there are not always single cups.
And they don’t give out a diaper for the procedure. If not one-time, then at least for the duration of the stay (after all, towels, bed linen are changed) or, as in a cave room, for all days of the procedure.

90s. The sanatorium is stuck in the past. Unobtrusive service in all respects, repairs, staff ... Only doctors and medical staff are rescuing, otherwise byada. Children have nothing special to do. For a voucher for 3 persons in 92 thousand, wear your own diapers for procedures, parking for a separate cost, despite the fact that the parking lot is empty. Trips take place, but you need to understand and know so as not to be disappointed.
