We arrived in Kamensk-Uralsky for sports camps, on the Internet in the first days, this sanatorium was just the request for accommodation. For the price we paid for our stay, we were sure that the bed would be made for us, but no! We took a suite, the cleaning lady told us that we make the beds ourselves. And that's not all. She washes all the rooms with one rag. 3 days was not cleaned in our room, the entire trash was just overflowing. The first week of stay there was no hot water, I had to wash in a common shower, since there was only hot water there, and that was only enough for 15 minutes. Also, the water itself is terrible, with an unpleasant smell. The sanatorium is located next to the forest, but almost all the rooms do not have mosquito nets, in the evening you come to the room, and your whole room is full of mosquitoes and other insects. It was very hot this summer, and even open windows do not help. For such a price, we were sure that at least there would be a fan, not even air conditioning. But no, there is not even the most ordinary cheap fan in this place. What surprised us the most was that when we checked in, we were told that everything was arranged for the athletes, and the regime was observed in the sanatorium. However, when we went to bed, even through the closed windows we could hear the screams and laughter of drunken vacationers who, by the way, were drinking on the playground! And so it was almost every evening, until one in the morning. They went down to the guard to help disperse them, but the guard was not there. The same is true with the store, which is located in the sanatorium. How many times have come to buy water, the store is closed. And there is no one who could open it or even call the seller. Every 3 days there was a disco, how many times I did not go there, there were no children at all. But there were always dancing adults with alcohol in their hands. Definitely not a place for families with children who go to bed early. After all, before 24 00 fall asleep will not work. Treatment is paid, not even treatment, but a regular consultation. And this despite the fact that we already paid a large amount. And the name of the sanatorium itself means the treatment of vacationers, in theory, at least some treatment should already be included in the initial cost. I want to say that in this city there are places much better, but CHEAPER. I hope my review was helpful)
