We visited you on the weekend, I liked the whole place, the administrator is smart! I want to wish you to develop and become better, so that you would like to come back to you. We noted several significant disadvantages for ourselves:
1) cleanliness - in the bathroom there was toilet paper with a peeled edge from past visitors, red hair in the sink and on the plumbing. Cups with traces of lipstick and drinks from past occupants are a fiasco. There is a bottle of water in the bathhouse, in which the pump is already green, there was almost no water in it. All dishes in the bath are also with traces of plaque. It's hygiene: /
2) comfort - there is no mini-refrigerator in the room - this is a big problem, because the menu in the restaurant is very meager, although the food is not bad. Wish to lower prices (cappuccino for 200 rubles is not tasty at all), menu item - there are not enough ordinary hot dishes. One of the mattresses in our room was so hard that it was impossible to sleep on it.
3) entertainment - bring back cross-country skis, they are sorely lacking

It seems that everything is not bad, we booked 2 rooms for 2 families of 8 people, and for some reason the linen in a room for two, I had to go to the reception to prove that the linen was brought in as a result. Before leaving, I found out that the hood of the car was damaged (the car was parked in a "wicked" parking lot with video surveillance. As a result, the administration was not interested in helping to figure it out, although the traces of damage were fresh !!!

Everything is good, both the bathhouse and the cottage and the quarry. But there is one thing! Prices inflated to the skies! They take money for everything, even if you ordered a cottage, pay for the entrance and for parking 🤦‍♀️In general, they have become impudent and this is very upsetting 😞Ordered a bathhouse on the site for one price, but in fact it is more expensive.

In the middle of the field, on the outskirts of either gardening or a cottage village, there is this fenced area. Several identical cottages, very nice. Its own restaurant. A slide, cheesecakes, ATVs, motorized dogs, ski rental, they promise an ice rink. Fishing in the summer. The city is close - it's convenient. I can't say anything about the service. There is practically no nature. Field. However, a small hill with beautiful fir trees attracts attention. But it's very quiet, you can't hear the trails. Relatively near the Neva. There is already a view. The entrance to the base is bumpy. At least 5 minutes drive, but you need to be on the alert.
I admire the owners of the base, well done. In not the most "trump" place from the point of view of picturesqueness, lined up. I just really don't like these places, so I describe it with restraint. I understand that they will have to do a lot by hand to make the base even more attractive.

The house is clean, the bedding is clean, the house has a barbecue, you can take food with you, because in the restaurant one cannot say that the prices are not expensive. There is little entertainment, there are no quads, bicycles, there is a catamaran, but half an hour 500 r is somehow too much, a bath is 2 hours 3 thousand rubles. But the biggest disadvantage is smelly water, this is something, take water with you to wash yourself. In general, a break from the hustle and bustle is not bad.
