GREED!!! If you want to stay for one night in a good room and have not previously booked it through booking, then you will not be given one. It happened to us. We chose a hotel according to reviews, arrived in the morning, chose a room with a balcony and a sea view by booking, we see that it is free, went to the hotel to the administrator, we were immediately followed by questions - how long did you arrive? Upon learning that we were only for one night, and that we had not booked anything, they told us that our room was occupied at night, there was no waste, they offered some room in the yard, past the stained-glass windows of which they constantly walk people. We didn't like this number. To our question, is there really no number, we were told what exactly. Leaving the hotel, we immediately look through the booking, the room is free, we have booked this room, which supposedly does not exist. Everything was perfectly booked. And lo and behold! The owner of the hotel calls us and says that there is still a room! Only he will be free at 12.00, and it will be possible to call in at 14.00. But why didn’t we tell about it right away? !!! We would agree, we would spend time at sea, and at 14.00 we would stop by. But after such a reception, of course, we did not stay there. We were willing to pay, didn't ask for any discounts! Greed of the Lord !!!
