A wonderful place to relax. Deafening silence, peace. The state of peace is achieved after the first meal) very tasty. High level of rooms, comfortable beds, suites are simply top class! The prices are very good! We will come again!

Great place. Just super) Everything is up to par. Spacious room. Picturesque nature. Lots of entertainment for children. The food is delicious, but the choice is not very big and there are not enough fresh vegetables. We will definitely come back)

The place is promising, but at the moment the price does not correspond to the quality of the services provided. 1.Kitchen for 2 (there is no children's table, the choice of food and drinks is scarce, alcohol is not included in the "all inclusive", it can be obtained only for a fee and then if you order a whole bottle); 2. There is no coil in the room, as a result there is simply nowhere to dry the swimsuit; 3. On the site they are silent that they simply do not provide spa and massage services, there is no specialist (they would have known this in advance, they would have chosen a different place); 4. Interruptions in electricity and mobile communications, the Internet works sooooo weak; 5. inconsistency of the information on the site with the reality on the spot; 6. There are no specialists in the playroom with whom the child could be left for the time being; 7. Complete lack of animation. 8. Weak gym, old board games equipment.
On the plus side: a nice, cozy room, not a bad jacuzzi, a children's pool, an interesting, spacious children's playroom, a wonderful horse club

This is not the first time we have rested. Everything is also great. Cozy cottage, delicious food. Children love the animators in the children's room. Adults - SPA. We listened to a concert in the restaurant in the evening. Everything is great.

Came here for the second time. Interval 1 year. The price has gone up, the service has gone down. That year we lived in room 304: the door to the balcony did not work ... now they settled us in room 302 (2 adults and 3 children) room 302 is a little smaller in size, as it seemed to us). The window sills are broken off, and it’s not the first year ... the service in the restaurant is terrible ... not only is there dishes on the menu that not everyone will eat and we had to pay extra for banal potatoes and pasta ... they also managed to spoil the pasta and children did not eat them. Used dishes, and their plates are like hats, huge, although the food takes up much less space on it, but for the entourage ... it is necessary ... so having brought the second, the plates after the first were stored and patiently waited, but they were not taken away ... I even made a tower out of them... I thought it would be better seen this way... but alas, no one cares. In general, for 2 days 37 thousand ... and such a service. Horror. In the pool, the bottom and walls are lined with small tiles ... for a year they have not corrected a single fallen off tile, and as a result, the children scratched. The water is chlorinated so much that it hurts the eyes and they hurt for 3-4 hours afterwards. I had to drip drops. There is a table in the pool where the company sat and drank ... there are children nearby and these ... animals are drinking. Gorgeous, we couldn't find another place to drink. The administration of the campaign does not care at all about what is happening, the main thing is money ... there are a lot of people, but we will not go again. We will look for another place to rest. Campaign Turkey is again a priority. As sad as it is, it is a fact. And when we left, they demanded to pay for 3 bottles of water at 0.5 each ... although we didn’t take them ... we have a cooler with water on the floor, and we took water in the refrigerator ... nonsense. Generally no longer naked. And we don’t recommend it to friends ... they wanted to go from work ... now they won’t go

There is no choice on the menu, for lunch and dinner they offer only fish or chicken (as in the plane, the chicken is over, take the fish🤔), so if you like meat, then you definitely don’t come here. If you like coffee, then at lunch it is also for an additional fee. In general, I recommend the hotel if you are ready to pay for everything, my budget per day for 2 people was 15,000.

Pleasant rest and good service

We went with the family for the holidays (March 8th), we liked everything very much, friendly staff, delicious and varied cuisine, cleanliness, massages, saunas and pools, good billiard tables (except for fitness machines and tennis, which I am not particularly interested in), for children an excellent play area with a multi-level labyrinth, affordable prices. The equestrian complex is just a fairy tale! Classes with friendly and experienced trainers, the horses are well-fed, clean and calmly kind. The food is ecologically clean (they have their own farms and you can even walk around like in a contact zoo + we took home all sorts of locally produced goodies. The child was delighted and did not want to leave. Now we will have to go for the May holidays 🤣 p.s. from the wishes, well, this is already from the category of how the granny ordered the goldfish out of greed - everything is really really good, but if there was also a small family cinema, where there are sessions in the morning for children, and in the evening for the whole family. You would be super-duper!
