It is ok for this fees.but the water is smelling like diesel oil 😁 surely this is not their mistake 😋
The room was booked a month before the trip. No conditions or restrictions were mentioned. In fact, when checking in, the daughter was refused, because there was no QR code, but there is a mark on the first vaccination delivered. The time is 22.00, the child is 19 years old, a completely alien, unfamiliar city, and they simply refused to move in. "Excellent" service, "understanding employees!!!
I came to Luga to enjoy my childhood, chose this hotel, a room with two beds but no toilet and shower
Honestly, I expected the worst. In fact, the room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable, shared shower and toilet too. The only thing, I was counting on some kind of shower accessories and slippers - I didn't have it, I had to buy it.
Minus on the toilet - on the day of departure, I noticed that there was a common large toilet right outside my room, and upon arrival I was told that the toilet was only in the next corridor (and it is the same for all). This did not spoil the overall impression, but it would be more convenient if it was reported immediately
The receptionists were very nice, they even allowed things to be left a little after check-out.
My martyr was in Luga for the first time and said that this is the nicest little town he has seen. There is where to go for a walk, you can go to a cafe for a delicious snack, everything is nearby
