Great location... but poor housekeeping. They haven't cleaned our room even ones... though we stayed for four days. Lack of conditioning in most of the rooms. Lack of personnel.

This place is really bad.
They have disgusting showers with black mold in it.
Some rooms don't have AC and they do not have fans, and this summer it was hot af.
In the evening I asked for a plate and a knife because I got some fruits, wanted to cut them and put them on a plate. Obviously, I don't take plates and knives when I go on vacation, so I asked for it on reception and they told me that they can not give it to me because guests might steal it. I mean, really?
Also, their receptionists are really slow, and they take your documents and start to fill ALL the info about you into the computer right away. It takes like 15 minutes to check in and it's really long. They should know that in some places receptionists just take a copy or a scan of docs and fill everything later, after the guest checks in.
Also it's dirty inside the bedside table, in the room there are no slippers or bathrobe.
Over all I'll never stay here again and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
