pleasant staff. nice and clean rooms. no one disturbed, quiet and calm. I forgot the earrings in the room, I already said goodbye to them, but the next day they called and said that I could pick them up at any time. honest and sympathetic people work in this beautiful institution :)
Very soulful atmosphere. Small, cozy, quiet hotel with helpful administrators. In addition to the rooms there is a full kitchen where you can cook. The hotel is within walking distance from the station, shops, cafes, cinema.
In general, a normal transit guest house. There is an equipped common kitchen, a small common dining room for two tables, the inside of the building is clean. Good bedding and mattress. The attitude of the staff (in the singular female number) is friendly and unobtrusive. There is bottled water, which is important, because tap water is smelly in the whole Luga. Cons - uncritical, but there are many...
