Территория... дома полностью огорожена, не граничит с соседями. На участке вы одни.
Парковочное место - одно на участке и два перед воротами.
Мангал - большой и комфортный. Казан - с отдельной печкой. Шампура и решетки в наличии.
Сауна - уютная с комфортным жаром и паром бесплатно!
Дрова - бесплатно. Уголь для мангала берите с собой.
Караоке: два беспроводных микрофона (можно петь днём и ночью).
Режим тишины только на улице после 20: 00.
Магазины - в пешей доступности (кб, вкусвилл, перекрёсток, пятёрочка, дикси и др. ) есть доставка.
Отопление: камин, конвекторы, тёплые полы.
Посуда: тарелки, блюда под мясо, бокалы, вилки, ложки, поварешки и прочее..... Кастрюли и сковородки - есть... )
Также имеются: чай, кофе, соль, сахар, специи.
Питьевая вода - есть(встроенный фильтр тройной очистки)
Постельное бельё - всегда чистое и застелено заранее. Также есть полотенца, туалетная бумага.
Wi-fi - 100 мбит/с. Работает youtube.
В выходные и праздники - дом сдаётся от 2-х суток.
Сдаётся уютный семейный домик в стиле "барнхаус" с авторским дизайном бохо. Отдых в доме особенно подойдёт людям, которые не боятся, а даже любят экспериментировать, поражая окружающих своей незаурядностью. Чаще всего это люди искусства — представители так называемой богемы. Поэты, художники, дизайнеры, артисты и просто креативные люди, смогут не только отдохнуть, но и зарядится положительной энергией и получить вдохновение для своего творчества.
Территориально дом расположен в границах города москвы (южное бутово) в 7км от мкад, что позволяет быстро и без пробок добраться до места отдыха и в случае необходимости съездить по делам, а также есть возможность заказать еду из любых ресторанов и магазинов города. До места пребывания вы можете добраться как на своем авто (есть закрытое парковочное место), так и на общественном транспорте.
Дом расположен прямо на берегу реки!, в которой можно половить карасиков и покормить уточек. Уютная беседка с мангальной зоной, расположенная на территории дома позволит вам весело и вкусно провести время на свежем воздухе.
Шампура, мангальная решетка, казан, дрова, сауна предоставляются бесплатно!
Замерзли сидеть на улице, заходим в дом, греемся у дровяного камина или в уютной атмосферной сауне. Показываем всем свои превосходные) вокальные данные! В гостиной, оснащенной системой караоке с большим 65 дюймовым телевизором, на котором можно посмотреть любимые фильмы и сериалы (бесплатный просмотр любого контента). Поиграть в любимые игры на приставке sony playstation5.
Проголодались?! Готовим сами на кухне, где есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи или заказываем готовую еду в любом агрегаторе, работающим на территории москвы. Уставшие после отдыха) гости могут разбрестись по своим спальным уютным местам. На первом этаже имеется комната с большой двуспальной кроватью! А также два односпальных места в гостиной. На втором этаже расположен уютный чилаут с большим матрасом, где можно разместиться самим, либо организовать детские места (обговаривается отдельно). Если вы не планируете оставаться на ночь, то можно заказать такси и добраться до своего дома (в ночное время без пробок до центра москвы ≈40мин).
Если вы уверены в чистоплотности вашего питомца и в случае чс)) готовы убрать или возместить ущерб, причиненный вашим любимцем, то можете взять его с собой (стоимость оговаривается отдельно).

Good hotel. The rooms on the 2nd floor are clean, although a bit small, but you can rest and relax for a day. The bedding and bath accessories are clean and of good quality. Microwave and fridge with cooler on the floor. Nearby there are shops and cafes. Recommend!

Clean hotel. You can still feel quite fresh repair. Shower and toilet leave much to be desired. Surprised by a noticeable slope of the floor. We took a large room, which is slightly more expensive. TV in the room, refrigerator - through the administrator and a small one. The receptionist is a very friendly and friendly woman. We had a good rest and a pleasant impression of the hotel.

Bomb! Lush bath! Were in the frigate!

The place is super, have been there 5 times with a big company. I always liked everything, but as soon as the restaurant opened, the cuisine changed for the worse.

I really like to be in these saunas comfortable, not stuffy. Canopies are comfortable. Nice, cozy, delicious. 🙂

Awesome place! After fragrant steam in the bath, we plunged into the pool with a dive into the street and a run into a hot font with pine needles! We left feeling light and refreshed! The children were given special children's bathrobes, which was unexpected and doubly pleasant. Huge thanks to the whole team!

This hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is polite and they help and guide their guests as much as possible. I have never seen a negative approach. One star I have cut because the rooms do not have refrigerators and kettles for tea. I recommend this hotel for short trips.

We express our deep gratitude to the administrator and recommend the Romashkovo Manor for a family visit. We note the high quality of service, attentiveness, courtesy, customer focus and goodwill. The rooms are clean and tidy, the food is delicious, we got a lot of treats. We will definitely come again!

A quiet place to relax with a company or a family, where you can fry meat, sit in a gazebo, take a steam bath, or go down to the river where swans and ducks swim. Peacocks and lambs are walking behind the bridge. In general, the atmosphere prevails here, and not the appearance of the tiles in the bathroom or the diagonal of the TV.
