Spent a great vacation in the Parus guest yard! It is worth noting: freshly renovated, clean, comfortable room with everything you need, delicious cuisine in the hotel cafe, excellent staff, well-groomed territory, as well as a wonderful sea view from the terrace! I recommend this place! Suitable for families with children, and for a group of friends, and for a romantic getaway!

A great place to stay! Polite, friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and tidy, both in the rooms and on the territory. Wonderful sea view, delicious food, great attitude towards vacationers. We express our deep gratitude to Sergey and everyone who made our vacation enjoyable!

Awesome place! Had a rest with my husband in August 2020! The owner Sergey is very hospitable, the room is wonderful, the view from the terrace is great! The cafe at the guest house cooks very tasty! I would also like to note the cool cocktails and the waiter Ruslan - everything is at the highest level! Thank you, we will come again!

Rest in August 2020. On the plus side: a quiet family-run hotel, sooo good finishes, cleanliness and novelty of everything. Can't be compared with any hotel on the coast of Golovinka. It is very pleasant to be on the territory and in the room. But the owners are strange. I never demand special treatment for myself, the staff smiles at me "to the star" or not, I generally hate when some individuals...

It so happened that we accidentally had to stop at this Guest Court, due to higher powers, probably, on the way to Sochi, where we had booked a chic hotel, which we later abandoned, but due to heavy rain we had to stop in the village of Golovinka. .. We are grateful to the higher forces for giving us such a wonderful beautiful vacation. This gorgeous view from the terrace to the sea just made us happy...

We rested with the one-and-a-half year old child and we really liked this place. The room is clean and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. You can dine outdoors with a beautiful sunset view. In the village itself is quiet, green, many flowers. The downside is that you need to go to the nearest big store by car. But not far from the guest house there are a couple of small shops...

Now our favorite place! I liked it very much! Beautiful rooms with good furniture, cozy, stylish and everything is new. The playground is good, all for kids. Closed territory, the child will not run away anywhere. Good-natured and intelligent owners of the guest house!

The best place on the Black Sea coast!!!! Where you have not been, but you always want to come back here .... Golovinka !!! Of course, the guest house Livadia is very cozy, clean, it is wonderful!!!!

The perfect place for a family holiday with or without children. Away from the roads, a lot of greenery around.

Quietly calm with children is not better.

My wife and I rested in Livadia on the first days of September. It’s a very high-quality hotel in a quiet place, the MAGNIT store is two minutes away. In Golovinka, we don’t have a rest for the first time, so there’s something to compare with.
