We are 100 percent satisfied with the rest !!! A wonderful area with a mini-dendropark, the rooms are clean and comfortable, wet cleaning every day! We had a room with a sea view and it added a lot of pleasant experience! Polite staff, delicious food and food in our own dining room !!! The hotel has a minibar and a clean pool! I would also like to say about the beach !!! The sea is just within walking...
There is a swimming pool only in the old building by the sea. The hotel has no special access to the sea, only general in essence. Lunches are paid, in general, the food is good, but for slaughter

Super! Liked everything! The sea is within walking distance. The room is lovely. The dining room is nearby. The staff are friendly. One drawback - there are no kettles in the rooms. They say for fire safety reasons.
First day. The flight is normal. The hotel is right on the beach, which gives tangible benefits. Very quiet, even despite the train tracks nearby. Dinner is simple but food is healthy.
This is a wonderful hotel! Located on the beach. The beach is huge, there are few people - the best place, that's what I was looking for. It is very cozy and comfortable here

Negative reviews are surprising: 1 "noise from the railroad" - a hotel 50 meters from the sea !!! From Tuapse to Adler, the railway runs along the sea almost everywhere, so there is less noise farther from the sea
For those who are looking for budget accommodation close to the sea. The hotel is simple and clean, apparently it was recently renovated because everything in the room is new. The hotel staff are polite and pleasant
There are not so many people on the beaches (at the end of June). The tour included breakfasts: scrambled eggs / oatmeal and cheese cakes / pancakes with condensed milk + coffee / tea
Near the railway, across the road is the sea. If you close the window, then the train is not so audible. We slept with the window open and did NOT wake up from the sound of trains
Lovely hotel with sea view and sound. The view from the window at sunset is unforgettable!
Perhaps they got tired in a day) the bed was so slightly shaken sometimes)) but this has its advantages: the train stop is right next to it. You can google the train schedule and go to civilization

The beach is just being developed, the coast is pebbly, the bottom is shell rock / volcanic sand. Trains run very close to the hotel, but for us this was more of a highlight of the place than a disadvantage
