Awesome place. One of the best hotels in Russia.

First of all, the infrastructure is impressive (stables, shooting club, restaurants, play building for children). But what impressed me the most was the quality of the food and the level of service. You don't expect to see such a level far from civilization. It was very comfortable with a small child.

Not bad idea. Nice quiet place. I liked it very much. But there were shortcomings with the staff, the review would have been worse if not for the waitress Maria.

On the one hand, it is an amazingly beautiful and large-scale place, after all, almost 500 hectares in the Don steppes. Yes, and the invested capital and efforts are really felt: interiors, landscape design, territory, own farm, equipment, super fishing, hunting - everything is there.
But how can local employees be so negligent about such a cool place, especially the girls at the reception (a separate question for Sofia) ...
I don't even mean that you pay at least 20k per night, but at least that you specially come here 180 km from Rostov, and you are greeted with the words that half of the services do not work: there will be no baths, 2 restaurants out of 3, the spa complex is closed, in the only restaurant a banquet is being held, at which they even ate the Don crayfish clean.
Fireplace, simply light up the fireplace we promised - even for this “there is no responsible employee”.
It's a shame .. Locals say that after Kovid the team changed and something went awry ..
However, there are exceptions: an excellent manager who helped us deal with the buggy at the reception and did a great tour and the waitress Maria, and all the restaurant staff really brightened up all the jambs.
