We came on vacation, rented a house with friends. We really liked it. We rode on cheesecakes, on a snowmobile, fried shashliks for ourselves😋 the bathhouse was, of course, scheduled every day, but we were lucky and we ended up in the sauna. For a large company there is everything you need, in principle.
As for the staff, they were all very friendly and helped if you needed anything. The rooms in the house were comfortable and very spacious, which is good news.
In general, for a winter holiday, we can safely advise how it is here in the summer, we do not know)

This place was once a school 11 summer labor camp. Times have changed, new owners have come. Now ordinary citizens are even denied access to the lake. If earlier it was possible to simply come to rest on the lake, now only with a hotel accommodation. They advertise camping, but it turns out that there is no camping as such.

Good place to stay while on the road. Close to the highway. Possible to have supper up to 11. p.m. Privy with exit to a lake. Private parking - best choice for motorcycles.
Might be cold in a room when the heating already/still switched off and outdoor temperature low (late spring/autumn).

This is my third visit to this base. Firstly, I really like it, and secondly, I don't like experiments. And this is already a wonderful and proven option. The staff is very polite and helpful))
I like that the room has a refrigerator, it allows you to store some of your food and not waste so much on a cafe. The room is very spacious, just perfect for a family.
A big plus is nature and the lake within walking distance, the presence of a private beach)
We often buy meat for barbecue and relax in nature to the fullest😉
