A warm bed and hot water, a delicious cafe in the next house, the radiators are normal and warm woolen blankets, cool pillows, new bedding, plastic windows. One day in a one-room apartment for 1k. The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from the train station, 15 minutes on foot. We got to this nice hotel late at night, when we were "turned around" in Lobka on the border with Belarus (we had to get to Nevel, and then by train). And we are grateful to fate that we saw this wonderful town of Nevel, where there are such wonderful people!!! Quite acceptable for the amount. In a double room for 1600: 2 beds, table, 2 chairs, wardrobe, TV and sink. There is hot water and wifi.
