We stopped at this hotel on our way, paid 2400 rubles for a room with a double bed, breakfast is included in the price, payments are not accepted at the terminal, only cash.
Our room 19 turned out to be very small, about 8m², the TV does not work, and not surprisingly, it is very old and tiny. Hot water comes out every other time, namely, just turn on only hot water in the shower (do not touch cold water), and then warm ... then cold ... then warm ... then cold ... then boiling water)))) and If you turn on the cold one, then you will not wait for the hot one at all)))
In the room, everything is generally clean, but has already seen a lot in its lifetime)))
From the mattress, the springs pressed into the sides.
Separately, about breakfast: starts at 7 am, includes rice porridge on the water, a piece of sausage, a piece of cheese, 2 pieces of bread and tea. Of all this, only cheese and sausage are tasty. The tables are already sticky with dirt. The husband decided to wipe it with a napkin, and on the napkin, in places where fingers were pressed, there were brown stains from dirt ... it’s not even pleasant to lean your hands on him.
The staff was greeted politely, but over the service leaves much to be desired.

Frankly - the hotel is in a terrible state. Of course, you can make a discount that this is a small town. But still. The ceilings are stained, the blinds are partially broken, the walls are peeled, there are holes from nails, the bathroom is dirty, dead, there is no stand under the mirror, the stand in the shower stall is torn off, etc., dirty, it is better not to look at the details. There is no hair dryer, there is a TV, a wardrobe, a bedside table. Payment by card is not possible, when paying in cash, a receipt was not issued. I asked for a check - the next day they didn’t give it out again, they printed a piece of paper on the printer about staying with a different hotel number. Outright fraud (+ prices on the website turned out to be lower). Only after another request was given a check. Breakfast included, porridge (delicious, but very sweet), bread, slice, cheese and sausages. There were bathroom amenities (shampoo, gel and two bars of soap). Bed linen is clean. I would recommend this hotel if there are no other options available.
