I've been in the city of Kostroma with 1 time from 25 to 27 October 2014 with my dad and Gena's mom and Marina and I loved the city of Kostroma,stayed at the hotel Volga,Yes loved the service and the food in the restaurant-dining room with views of the river Volga,and the room 2-bed with views of the river Volga(large balcony with two outputs,5 floor,three elevators)
