Nice holiday home for a very reasonable price. Nice walking area, great pool, decent food. Equipped mainly for summer recreation (many outdoor sports grounds). Rooms are clean, warm, coolers on each floor, cleaning every day, change of towels and linen every three days. Three meals a day, which will not leave you hungry (only instant coffee upset), the choice of dishes is not very large, but sufficient.

First, about the pros: good territory, large rooms with good insulation, fresh linen, bathrobes, the rooms have paper towels and napkins.
Food and entertainment, taking into account the cost and focus of the hotel, is quite acceptable. The food is homemade, there is little variety, but everything is tasty and well prepared, the 11 month old child tried porridge, mashed potatoes, soup broth and all the rules from the common table.
I liked the green and big, the territory and the stadium. There is somehow direct atmospheric.
The hotel gives free rental of equipment and cool bicycles-wheelchairs with a handle. It is convenient for families of 2-3 years old who arrived without strollers to carry children around the territory.
Balance bikes are good!
The rooms have good baby cots on request.
The TV signal is good.
There are interesting gazebos for parties and barbecue

Of the features: until recently, the main focus of the hotel was a children's camp and the contingent of vacationers is now about 50 to 50 - these are children-athletes and plus families with children, or grandparents with grandchildren. Lonely and those who want to hang out and get acquainted - not here, but for families with children to unwind for a few days - quite!
Now about the cons and wishes for the hotel itself):
1. The pool is sports and the little ones are not suitable, if there was a sauna for free and available to everyone, it would be more interesting.
2. Inexpensive, but increased the attractiveness of the hotel, the availability of baby pots and stools for children in the bathroom.

6. The hotel lacks atmospheric places, points of attraction. For example, you could have used a rock garden or a tactile vegetable garden, you could have an evening area with a fire.

In general, we liked it for our money.

Huge territory, fresh air, excellent food. For children there is a swimming pool, playgrounds, sports grounds, bicycles, billiards. Clean, cozy!
