A great place to stay. The river and the beach are nearby, the houses are clean and comfortable. Barbecues, tables and benches are installed near the houses. You need to take food with you. The rooms have new refrigerators, dishes and appliances are also in each room.

Entering the territory, you immediately understand that you are in the USSR 30 years ago ... Everything is not just old, but dilapidated. We took a house of the 2nd category - with a bathroom and a toilet. The bath and toilet themselves are still nothing, it can be seen that they were made recently. But here are the rooms, and especially the beds and mattresses ... This is horror! Luckily, the clerk had mattress toppers. They gave out linen and towels ... The linen is fine, the quality is good, it still holds, but the towels ... These are some kind of rags gray from old age ...
Well, the food in the dining room was also, to put it mildly, tasteless.
In general, the place is very picturesque, pleasant area, the houses are among the tall pines, very beautiful ... It's just that everything is very, very old .... It's even a pity ... Such a place ...

There are large heated houses and a lot of summer ones. The prices are very good, the administration always goes to meet, very friendly.
In a large house (for 10 people) there are three rooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen with everything you need, a veranda. TV, dominoes =). A slightly strange decision to upholster the walls and ceiling with plywood in the room ...

I liked it because it is an ideal place to relax with friends very cheaply. Furnishings are very simple, houses are renovated with very simple materials. Fry a barbecue, have a drink, take a walk in the forest, look at the Oka, in the summer, apparently, swim and go to bed - this place is perfect for this.
