We booked a house a month in advance for dates from January 31-2 through an ad on Avito, which is referred to as "House for 4 people" with attached photos of the rooms, as well as the sauna and pool. Under the same ad, we agree on a rental, after which we discount an advance payment of 50% (which is not refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation, even if much earlier)
A few days before arrival, I want to clarify about the barbecue and notice that the dialogue has been deleted. I am looking for an ad again and see that the same photos with a sauna and a swimming pool are already as a separate ad for a separate cost. I also ask about this, to which the answer is yes, it is paid separately and booked in advance! And of course January 1 and 2 were busy. I want to note that we chose this particular house from many others in advance only because it meant a sauna. They said to call the administrator, the administrator said that it was not she who spoke on Avito and she doesn’t know what the ad looks like there and can’t help. Fortunately, there was free time to book an hour immediately after the chimes. At a cost, if I'm not mistaken, 4500 rubles for 3 hours.

And now about the most unpleasant. The house for four has a boiler with hot water, as it turned out, for two people. I found out about this on January 1 in the morning, having lathered under warm water and a minute later I was under ice!
Rent cost 45k for two days by the way! There are some extra comments here.

The best place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city! I liked everything very much, everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Polite and attentive staff. On the territory you can buy coals and ignition. Skewers and grills are given out for free, even the brazier is cleaned at night. The cottages are very comfortable and warm, there is everything you need!

For the June weekend we decided to go to Polenovo, and this wonderful recreation center was found nearby, where I rented a 4-bed house. I booked through the site for a cashback promotion with a world card, received a refund of 20%) without promotions, a day cost 7,000 rubles, a little expensive for two, but just right for 4. The house was with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen-living room, in one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second 2 single beds, in the living room there is a sofa, it is possible to accommodate 5 people, it is quite spacious. The bathroom is separate, the bathroom has a shower, the water was good, the plumbing is relatively normal. There is a hair dryer, 2 towels for each guest, shampoo bags. The house is completely wooden, and it smells nice of wood, not smoke, as is often the case) there is a small veranda with 2 chairs and a gazebo with a barbecue for 10 people, probably. It was possible to take breakfast in the restaurant, but we had our own food, we did not go to the restaurant. The territory of the base is quite large, fenced, there is an outdoor pool, a sauna (you need to book in advance), there is a forest around, and about 1.5 km to the river (we did not go). For children there is a playground. The only negative is that there is no road, the last 2-3 km to the base through the forest there is a dirt road with pits and puddles (it rained the day before), people come in sedans, but somehow dumb with low ground clearance. Poorly catches the phone, and the mobile Internet does not pull at all. The best place to take a break from gadgets) I recommend!

Came for a family holiday. Everything is clean, good. Swimming pool. There are two baths: one with a swimming pool is not hot, the second with a jacuzzi is dry and hot. There is a grill near each house. Rest away from the bustle of the city. Lots of kids but not noisy. In general, we like it.

I'll start with the pros
The people are responsive and attentive. The house is made of wood, very cozy and warm.
Heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom. At the entrance to the house, the smell of wood and warmth are very uplifting.
Inside, everything is quite well equipped (TV, YouTube on TV, good wifi, comfortable stove, microwave, refrigerator, utensils for cooking and eating)
Near the house there is space for personal pastime. Brazier, gazebo, just chairs with a table.
A fairly large area and there is where to walk, and there are very beautiful forests around.
Children's playground with a large sandbox and a trampoline with a net
Bicycles, ATVs, coals for barbecue, sauna with jacuzzi and swimming pool are available
I can’t say what the cons are, but unexpectedly:
All services sauna, bicycles, coal - for a fee
The playground is not bad, but not for adult children, because it seems fragile
Lots of mosquitoes and tick season so be prepared in advance
The territory is partly still in the process of construction and gentrification.
The road to the place can be a little difficult, especially after rain. Prepare the transport carefully before the trip and do not forget the cable just in case.
