I rested on the May holidays in a standard triple room with my family. What struck was the administrator's suggestion to take off his shoes on the 1st floor, although our room was on the 2nd floor, while no alternative shoes were offered, that is, you had to go barefoot. In the room itself, the toilet room was small, it was difficult to fit on the toilet, and we had to wash with the door open, although we are not large in size. The water is only cold, with the smell of iron. A separate place is occupied by a TV, which broadcasts only TNT and some Belarusian channel. Food prices are high, although the menu is normal, the food is not of high quality. The interior walls are very thin, the stairs to the second floor are steep. There is no cleaning service daily. The outer door is constantly banging so that the walls are shaking. In the toilet room, the common shower room is dirty, it is clear that the staff does not strain too much in this regard. There is no ventilation. There is an unpleasant smell in the premises, which is periodically masked by spraying a fragrance. One thing I was pleased with was the new bedding. The quality of the service provided does not correspond to the stated price. Very disappointed.
