Good location in the center of the city, many souvenir shops around. It's the first high level (12 floors) building in Ulan-Ude :). But cannot say anything about rooms, didn't stay there.

Several years ago it was just another Soviet hotel without significant service and outdated rooms, but now it is quite modern. For the price maybe they have the best quality in Ulan-Ude.

Bathroom ans overall cleanliness

Large scale! Huge territory, good architecture, evening lighting and illumination. Children's playgrounds, a good barbecue area. Spacious rooms. The room lacked a lamp next to the bed. Nice hotel almost in the very center, breakfast is simple, rooms are clean. Air conditioning does not work in autumn and winter - it is hot in the rooms. There is a pharmacy and grocery store nearby. Some of the rooms have beautiful views of the river. On the same side, you can sometimes hear street racers training in the evenings.
