A very good new hotel, the rooms are valid 👌 I did not expect to meet this in Gorno-Altaysk) Breakfast is still rather weak, the Grand does not pull in any way) Well, the lack of an elevator ... this is a pain for 5 floors 🙈

Nice hotel, everything is new, clean. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Convenient location, right next to the bus station. The viewing mountain Tugaya, a decent coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance.

Nice hotel in the city center. The rooms are very comfortable, there are pleasant employees at the reception.

Modest from outside, but with fancy interiors

Stayed for 3 nights. Very neat and clean hotel with clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Even though they did not speak English fluently we could overcome the language barrier. The hotel management helped us in organising our tours to Chemal, Chuisky Tract and Lake Teletskoye. We had a very comfortable stay in the hotel.

The Internet in the rooms catches very badly, some do not have it at all. Purely. Pleased with tea and coffee with nonstop cookies in the dining room. There is some kind of unpleasant smell everywhere in the whole hotel. It's hot in the room, the window must be kept open at all times

Basically not a bad 4 star hotel. There is parking. The reception is located on the 2nd floor. Not a bad repair, the rooms have air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. Room cleaning is doing well. The staff is polite. For breakfast you can eat tasty and varied. Now about the cons ... The room was very cold, the floor, in general, was icy. Was 25-26.08.2021 Nice hotel. Located in the industrial zone (solid car services), there is a road nearby. A fairly steep staircase leads to the rooms. The room is small and rather cozy (we had it under the roof), the window is only half curtained, either the sun or the moon is shining in the upper triangle of the window. The air conditioner is noisy, but you can't go without it. Extraneous creaks...

We stayed one night here. Very helpful staff. Rooms are very clean. Not completely sound proof. They have tea and coffee available all day in the restaurant free of charge. Breakfast was a good spread of selection. Not the most common breakfast dishes, a lot of bread toasted with cheese and different toppings. Short 20 minutes walk to the city centre. We would stay there again.
