很安靜，視線很好。但是房間非常小，設施陳舊（據説已經是布拉戈維申斯克相對來説不錯的酒店了）別對硬件設施報太高期望。價格確實便宜，交通也方便，出門走幾分鐘公園，公交車站都有。

房間在列寧廣場西面，離江邊很近，散步很方便。好樓層視野很好？鑰匙開門，出行如果會用打車軟件，去哪裡都很方便。

算當地很有歷史的古老Hotel了，曾經也是布市最高的建築，還是鑰匙形式，房間整體整潔乾淨，位置極佳，散步幾分鐘就到阿穆爾河畔了，服務嘛，邊境地區，懂的自然懂！
