The staff is polite, responded to my requests for washing, wrote a contract, tk. required to receive compensation. At the same time, the room is in the half-attic, near the wall (height from a meter) does not stand up in full growth. I was missing a chair, there is one chair in the triple room. Played with children in the kitchen. At the same time, the location in the city center is very convenient. If you only sleep in the room, then it is quite a suitable budget option. When booking a day in advance, they did not require full payment.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 days, the price is 4800. Service 0, asked for toothbrushes and shampoos (paid), the woman at the reception simply said that she would not give, asked to extend the room for 3 hours, said there are no places, we go to the booking, there are places, booked a room for 2600r of the same category to stay in the room and sleep further, to which we were told to go to the kitchen and wait for another room. Very disappointed, it's good that there is a novotel nearby for 2100r!

The hotel is conveniently located with a beautiful view of S. Dvina (in the kitchen), near the museum, the embankment and wonderful streets for walking. In the hotel itself, the kitchen deserves special attention. There are all the necessary utensils, microwave speech, refrigerator.

Nice, comfortable, new mini-hotel. We lived for two days, there is a kitchen. The rooms are very comfortable. The shower and toilet are tiny but very cute. Everything is convenient: hairdryer, iron, towels, shampoos, TV, sockets everywhere. Almost in the very center, very cozy. Recommend
