And only at the door is a small sign with the name of the hotel on Voskresenskaya. With grief in half and big mats, we parked our car. The whole problem was that the hotel does not have its own parking, but it does not matter. The trouble was that a sufficient number of organizations are located in this residential building and in it. At the same time, the snow in the parking lot and on the road was not removed. Having risen to the hotel, we were met by a pleasant administrator Inga and placed us in the room. The room was bright and cozy in soothing colours. On the first day, the administrator Inga told us where we can eat, what souvenirs the city is famous for and where to buy them. When we decided to order delivery, she helped explain to the courier how to find a hotel. Told me where the smoking area is. But the next day, when the administrators changed and Maria took over, we felt all the delights of the lack of soundproofing in the room. The number from the reception was at a fairly decent distance, but at the same time, the telephone conversations of the administrator Maria were heard very well. But when the change of administrator Anastasia took over, I wanted to change the hotel almost immediately. Because the music of the fraternal peoples of the Caucasus and Central Asia (whose nationality cannot be named now) heard from the phone was heard throughout the corridor. When turning to Anastasia for help, so that she would explain to the courier how to find a hotel, she answered with extreme irritability * What is there to explain? We are not pigs and it was not difficult for us to take out the garbage, but this is a hotel and taking out the garbage from the room is not the responsibility of the guests, but the responsibility of the hotel staff. And in general, out of the three administrators, it is pleasant to communicate only with Inga. The hotel itself is good, but the complete lack of parking and the indifference of the administrators Maria and Nastya spoil the impression.
