Hotel in a residential building. Suite on the first floor, right next to the reception. Many rightly write that the doors have poor soundproofing. For this reason, the coffee machine cannot be used after 11 pm. Carefully, of course, but this does not eradicate the problem with sound. The room itself was clean and comfortable, they heat perfectly in winter. We drove there for the sake of a large bath, but at some point vigorous rusty water poured from the tap. The hotel is not to blame, it's probably a city problem, but it was certainly epic.

Very cozy hotel! Great location in the city center but away from the noisy road. Friendly, helpful professional staff. The room pleasantly surprised us: stylish, beautiful, everything you need is there! I don’t remember the exact amount, but for such a number they gave ridiculous money. We were in Arkhangelsk on New Year's holidays for 1 day and night, we didn’t go for breakfast, tea and coffee can be brewed near the reception. If we have to go to Arkhangelsk again (I think more than once), we will definitely choose this hotel.

Quiet horror. Stone tiles everywhere in the room, in winter. The floors are just ice cold. Wrong bed. (Too soft mattress). Unfriendly.
From a small plus, clean. In the second room. And in the first one there was a terrible stink of cat urine in the bathroom. I had to change my number. And of course the administrator was busy on the phone, could not help!

Good hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. I wish there were electric kettles and drinking water in the rooms. It’s not very easy to run into the corridor to the cooler.

Spacious room, large bed, very affordable prices. Breakfast was included in the dock epoch. Now only tea. There is a pub nearby, the hotel offers a small but pleasant discount.

Nice hotel that finally has hot water. The price corresponds to the quality and service. No kettle in the room - there is a cooler in the hallway

I liked it very much. I am not staying here for the first time, as always everything was fine. Responsive staff, do not disregard any requests! The room is clean, there is everything from slippers to toiletries. You can always drink tea or coffee. There is a minibar. I recommend to everyone for a break from the bustle of the city, perfect!

Good hotel. The hotel is small, but the room is small and everything you need is there. (Slippers, bottled water, hygiene products, towels, room warm and clean). Breakfast is so-so. In the city center, there is a stop on the same side. Good wi-fi. The staff is polite. The only negative is the audibility, especially the communication of loud visitors in the corridor.
