Cheap rooms, everything is clean. House on the banks of the river. There is no cafe, but there is a common kitchen. It is highly likely that you will be preparing your own breakfast with a dozen shift workers.

I don’t know about Ponezhye, but next to the river, the night was wonderful!

Not so long ago I went with my family to Kargopol. We stayed in the Pesyakovs' guest houses. Pros: quiet, large area, colorful owners and a great atmosphere in the house. We did not find any cons. If you are from a big city, like us, then come here to rest.
Great house, big and spacious. A bright common room with a kitchen on the ground floor with a huge table and spacious benches. One bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. There are all amenities. Next to the owner is an excellent barn, equipped as a residential building with a real Russian stove. And at the same time, with all the amenities. We will definitely stop again!

Very clean and comfortable hotel with 11 rooms. The impression is overshadowed only by a flimsy mobile (Tele 2) and a complete lack of Wi-fi. Plus a huge parking lot nearby, friendly staff. There is a kitchen with everything you need. Breakfast and coffee can be ordered from a capsule coffee machine.
