Horror, just horror .. I'll start with the fact that they lived for 14 days (observation before checking in on a shift). So I'll start: the hotel staff does not cope with their duties. Here is an example: after 7 days of stay, the senior maid Zalesnaya O.I. came to the room, put an armful of clean bed linen and left with the words - "take off the old linen quickly." She appeared in 10 minutes and I asked her a question: why should I take off, refuel, etc., why is the linen damp .. She muttered something indistinctly, and said on the linen that it was "cold". And she left, slamming the door. And imagine, even slandered me. I wrote a report addressed to the director that I insulted her in obscene language!!! And they say, refuses to clean my room. How do you like that??! I recommend that the director check her on a polygraph and immediately fire her, because the way she behaves as the director of this hotel, she speaks arrogantly and boorishly. And blatantly lying!!!! In general, I vacuumed the room myself! There was a vacuum cleaner in the hallway. That's it! Receptionist and administrators on a solid four. But the food, this is something ... In the first 2 days of stay, a tangerine was always present for breakfast, 1 pc. Next week they brought half a tangerine, but peeled. I joked that whoever cleaned the kitchen took a percentage. A couple of times there were generally a few slices and a couple of apple slices, about 1 cm wide. For fun, did they put them in?! On the 11th day, there was a whole apple for breakfast - finally a holiday. Lunches are cold, out of 14 days 3-4 times warm soup in total. Funny "vitminny" salad. Here is the recipe: apple straws, carrot straws and mayonnaise!!! Just a great salad! The first 4 days they forgot about us at all, breakfast was brought at 10:00, and in order to have lunch, we had to call the reception and ask what was happening with lunch. Well, somewhere at 15:40 they brought it. Bread is always black, not even breakfast!!!! Day 3 in total for breakfast there was 1 piece of a loaf, like this. In general, the hotel should be renamed "Zapollyarnoe disappointment." And yes, the level is not a hotel, but a hostel!
