Still, a person in an institution means a lot.
Today we stopped with a guy to drink coffee with syrniki, going up to the checkout, a woman glanced at us frankly with her eyes: "What did you do in the morning ?!" She reluctantly took our order. To the question "Is there any condensed milk?", she rudely answered "have eaten!" She piled 4 cheesecakes on the two of us in one small plate, put everything at the cash register so that we could take it ourselves (although the last time I was here, they brought everything to my table on a tray).
Food. Syrniki can hardly be called syrniki, they are more like pies, because there seems to be no cottage cheese at all, only flour. Coffee is bitter and highly diluted with water, so that you can’t even call it coffee. This is my review for today. And a couple of months ago I left a positive review about this institution with positive photos (read below in quotes). After that I was here a couple more times and then I realized that I was in a hurry with a rating of 5.

It's nice that such an institution is near Neftekamsk! 😌
