What if I want to complain specifically about the booking service of this base? In general, the story is this, apparently the workers are not at all interested in vacationers and filling the rooms. We rested more than once and every time - NO PLACES! They crucify and convince that everything is occupied by the guests of the upcoming wedding, athletes and parents and for a long time. When you start calling different dates in order to understand when and which rooms are free - they can never formulate which houses (numbers and when are free). For me it was not clear. What kind of sovdep? I managed to check (guest visit to the territory) So, on the dates when they were convinced that everything was busy - 50 percent of the housekeepers were empty. And more than 30 percent of houses with amenities were empty. Specially bypassed everything. Day and night they were empty. We call families in a week to rent a house with amenities for 14,000 rubles a day - there are no free ones. As I understand it, the owner is far away and does not monitor the situation, but in vain. Restaurant - dining room that is on site only for weddings renting this restaurant. So there is no power at the base. You can't fish. A separate topic is flies. Recreation centers respecting their clients treat the territory from insects. This is not here. You will not rest just because the flies are just a huge swarm anytime, anywhere. During the day, do not sit quietly in the gazebo near the house, do not drink tea. They climb into tea and eyes and cover the table even dry and clean. Rested more than once with family and company in winter and summer. We usually take more than two nights. We rent the most expensive houses. We are leaving - we wash ourselves to a shine after ourselves, all family, calm. What happens to your base - I'm surprised. Outcome: BOOKING - 1, CLEANING ON SETTLEMENT - 4, CLEANING OF THE TERRITORY - 3, FIGHTING INSECTS (disease vectors!) -1, CLEANING OF THE POOL - 4.
