The hotel itself raises no objections regarding the interior, cleanliness, and comfort. There is a small minus in the cooling system (not separate air conditioners, but a fan coil, moreover, by running chilled air from a common corridor, and the stronger the pressure, the noisier, and even in extreme heat it copes with C). But what disappointed me the most was the hotel's parking policy. It is paid for guests !!! Moreover, there is no alternative to ridiculing it for free, because you may also be asked from neighboring buildings, but on the road you cannot, there is a dedicated line. Gentlemen, how is that? I understand that hotels in a pandemic are on the verge of survival, but not at our expense? Yes, and it looks more like an additional service imposed, and inappropriate to the service itself, because this is not a separate fenced parking, but just an open area near the house, any passer-by can enter. Yes, and your watchman sleeps peacefully at night (he saw it when he returned). Do not disgrace, give guests the right to leave the car for free, as all normal hotels do.

Good location. Good number . Everything is fine, but the service staff should be instructed on cleaning the rooms. And in particular, the rumble of bottles during housekeeping and loud closing of doors.

My wife and I came to Belgorod to take the oath to their son. I stayed in a suite at the Cosmos Hotel. The hotel made us happy: they explained how, where and what, in the military unit they took me to my son in an es-class mayor! The room is very clean, cozy and warm. After the oath of allegiance, our son was released with us for a day, they put our son in our room on a folding sofa. They pleased their "kid" with homemade straps, and for dinner they took him to the hotel restaurant. The holiday turned out to be gorgeous. The attitude of the staff is beyond praise! The wife wants to come again, since it is not far from Kursk and there is now a discount from the Cosmos.

I come from Lipetsk to Belgorod on business trips once a month for a couple of days. The hotel was chosen by the inviting organization. And I want to thank them for that! hotel "Cosmos" is just a great place to relax after a hard day. Great staff, delicious food and cozy rooms. I was pleased with the storage service - I left for Voronezh for two days. but at the hotel I was able to leave my things, despite the fact that the room was rented before returning. Satisfied with everything! I recommend!
