Stoilyanka Hotel in Stary Oskol

Rooms are good and food is disgusting. Caesar salad with sour sauce, vegetable and chicken risotto could not eat at all. Chicken is like rubber. In general, I do not recommend these dishes for sure !!!!

Excellent hotel (price / quality). Very hospitable staff. Excellent cuisine and a wide variety of dishes.

In the hotel itself, everything is even good. Reception, registration and all other current issues with administrators and service personnel are resolved in the best possible way. Somewhat overshadowed all the general rosy impressions was the fact of an unexpected request to move to another table (in a restaurant) at a time when we had not even been at the table for ten minutes, waiting for the ordered dishes ... the request was due to the alleged expectation of a large company of several people, which before this I went into a restaurant in dirty overalls with an inscription on the back of NLMK and vied with each other to order dumplings and cutlets, after which they deigned to leave, apparently still change, and at the same time move us to another table ... It's unpleasant, a few ... And to the staff absolutely no claim can be !!!
All service in the hotel is at a very pleasant level !!!

Junior suite room 413. January 2021. Corresponds to the photos on the websites, windows to the courtyard. Excellent soundproofing, refrigerator, modern TV, general ventilated adjustable heating (it was quiet, it was warm in the room), additional air conditioning (not included), a sofa and two armchairs in the hall, a huge double bed, clean new bedding, two working floor lamps, charging near beds, an excellent semi-soft mattress and medium-sized pillows, carpeting, an additional dressing room, iron, ironing board, slippers, a bathrobe, soapy and dusty every day, a clean shower curtain in the bathroom, a huge selection of breakfasts (more than 12 options).

The food is very tasty, the staff is polite. The rooms are clean.

In General, the normal place. The prices are high in bars, as in all hotels. Have a place to rest, comfortable rooms, good staff very polite. Security stands out.
