- The electric water heater's temperature is set just above the middle line, so the hot water in the shower can only last for less than five minutes. We asked the staff about it, and she just turned the knob back and forth, said everything ok, but nothing changed. We booked for two days with breakfast, but they did not serve breakfast on the second day. Bad service. Not worth the price.

Pros (in my opinion)
---located in a quiet place (no road noise)
--- quite fresh, with quality tiles in the bathroom,
new carpet, thick curtains, relatively old furniture
--- the staff is always very friendly (checked in at 12 at night, the girl Natalya-administrator, even helped to unload things from the car), left early in the morning for work, and the yard in front of the entrance was already swept with snow - this is at 8 in the morning !! the maid who brought breakfast and dinner to the room was always on time, friendly. the staff is top notch!

Cons (relative)
--- sound insulation inside the rooms is zero (the first night I woke up at 3 a.m. from a very loud conversation in the corridor, well... If the neighbors are talking loudly or the TV is at volume, then you become a silent listener....

Great mini hotel! We liked everything! Breakfast is included in the price. You can order food in your room! The room has a hairdryer, kettle, shower, toilet, Wi-Fi, refrigerator. Clean linens, bathrobes, towels! Welcoming and friendly staff! Free, secure parking! Clean, comfortable, fresh, and most importantly quiet!

Clean room. The TV is working. There is a kettle and hairdryer. The beds in the double room are wide and can accommodate 2 people per bed. There was tea and a bottle of water in the room, breakfast included. There is food delivery to the room, the price will pleasantly surprise you. Well, what else .. there is air conditioning, the cost of washing clothes is 300 rubles.

The hotel is clean and nice!
But ... as always, one cannot do without a "but" when recalling ...
Let's start with the fact that there are restrictions on visitors! That is, if you are a business person and God forbid you end up in the capital after 23:00, then you won’t be able to talk in this hotel, even if you talk in a whisper)))
The second unpleasant moment is the limitation of hot water supply in the rooms!!! This upset even more than the first moment. And they don't even warn about it! You take a hot shower, enjoy life, and then once, you are sharply returned to the harsh reality with icy water)
Personally, I found myself in such an unpleasant situation, being in soap and was in SHOCK, to be honest !!!
Either the owners are outright tight-fisted and cannot install normal boilers at least in 2-bed rooms, or they themselves have never checked the quality of the services they provide!
Would recommend this hotel to provincial retirees who go to bed early, have no business dealings and very rarely use the shower!
