I was on a business trip to Chelyabinsk, arrived early in the morning, checked in without any problems! Everything you need is in the room, breakfasts are excellent! Quiet and calm! Friendly staff! Location is in the city center!

We stayed for a day with a large group. The rooms are clean, some were cool, they gave us heaters, those who didn't have enough were moved to other rooms. The breakfast was good, we ate our fill) The service was top notch. I highly recommend it!

Hello! 100% one of the best hotels I've been to (and I have business trips once a month on average). Repairs in the building and in the room are just super, no hint of a "scoop", some imperfections or malfunctions. The standard room has air conditioning, a TV, and everything else (slippers, bathrobe, water, toiletries, etc.). The staff is very polite and helpful - they will wake you up, call a taxi, give you an umbrella to go out for a smoke in the rain (!!!). In general, in terms of accommodation, I enjoyed a business trip). Thanks to the Arbat Hotel and its staff!

Excellent hotel in the city center. Very cozy. Breakfasts and lunches are very tasty, you can not run around the canteens. Acceptable price. The hotel itself is very beautiful inside. The staff is beyond praise. Especially in the restaurant

A very good hotel. Cozy rooms. I had a single. Own shower, toilet. The sink seemed to be set low. Safe, refrigerator, large closet, TV and comfortable desk. Nice 1.5 bed with quality linen. Audibility of course in the hotel, well, you understand. Morning breakfast. Great choice, even champagne))) The location is perfect in the center

Good hotel in the heart of Chelyabinsk city. Free parking in front of the hotel. Original interior design. Cozy room with all necessary amenities. In the morning buffet breakfast, the menu pleased. Special thanks to the hotel staff. There were questions and everything was quickly resolved. I advise, we liked the hotel.
