We stayed at the hotel in June-July 2021. The hotel is located on the city's main avenue. The hotel itself is very clean and bright, offering excellent value for money. We had an early check-in (at no extra charge) and a late check-out at 7:00 PM (half the room rate, minus the included breakfast). The hotel staff is friendly and highly qualified. We used the laundry, which was done to a high standard. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast is varied. A standard questionnaire for guests was provided in the room, aimed at improving the hotel's operations. After completing the questionnaire, we received a small souvenir: a small thing, but a nice touch. I definitely recommend staying here.

All liked it! The room is wonderful, spacious. The child was placed on the sofa. Great comfortable bed! The breakfast is great, great variety of food. Thanks a lot!!!

We spent the evening after our wedding at the Slavyanka restaurant. The high level of the restaurant and the work of waiters. We especially want to thank the chef, it was very tasty. Table setting and service are top notch. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

I liked the service, the location. Not far from the center, quiet. There is a kettle in the room, a TV in both rooms (we took a suite), there is bottled water, washing utensils, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. I didn’t like that there was carpet everywhere in the room, immediately there was a feeling of dustiness.

We had an early check-in (no extra charge) and a late check-out at 19.00 (half the cost of stay minus the included breakfast). The hotel employs friendly and highly qualified staff. I had to use the laundry - everything was done at the highest level. The room has everything you need to stay. Buffet breakfasts are varied. In the room there was a standard questionnaire for residents in order to improve the work of the hotel. After completing the questionnaire, we were presented with a small souvenir: a trifle, but nice. I definitely recommend to stay.

I took off one star for the fact that in the summer period it is impossible to use a refrigerator in a standard room, which is a mini-bar with products at 3 to 5 times prices, and most importantly 90% of products can be purchased in stores that are less than 100 m from the hotel. During the three weeks of living, I never used the minibar, but the need for a refrigerator has arisen more than once. A very strange decision. But the room has a safe, a kettle, a large flat modern TV and an interesting unusual surprise in the bedside table. Overall an excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel! Very impressed with the hotel in the New Year. I know it's a bit late, but still. How the hall was decorated is a fairy tale. I think children's institutions were not so decorated. And this is during a pandemic, when it is very difficult with guests. Every guest is welcome here! And this is not a worn out cliché.

A very nice place. Was in Chelyabinsk. Recommended this hotel. In the end, was quite pleased. All on the level. Rooms, check-in. staff. Nothing to complain about.
