For the second time, a small, single room, a balcony for two with a neighboring room, and if everyone's doors are open, then you listen to who and what is doing and what to talk about. Not very nice. This time the breakfasts were on request and very modest, for the first time a standard buffet, what happened is not clear. Cons:Unpleasant smell in the bathroom/room from the sewers, which are trying to fight air freshener.
Tiny gym with no ventilation (but it is!!!).

Quiet place, near the Park. Kurchatova, polite staff, good food. Love the sauna with a swimming pool. Good place for a family vacation.

First stayed here in 2006. The hotel is fifteen years old, but still young and welcoming. There is a gym here, but I have never visited it. There is a sauna, I can’t say anything about it, ordinary, but the main thing is that it is there, it works exactly. Excellent breakfasts, you can recharge your energy for the whole day. I liked the room very much, especially the huge balcony and comfortable bed. There are small drawbacks, but so minor that they are not worth describing. In general, I recommend it, because it is not expensive and comfortable accommodation, and you can also walk to the center on foot.
