Lucky to spend some wonderful days at the Hayal Hotel. Good mood became even better immediately upon arrival — the hotel is located in a very picturesque corner of the Crimea, the views are simply mesmerizing. The hotel itself makes these views even more pleasant, very authentic and beautiful. There are heated pools for adults and children on site, so the time of year is not a problem. There is also a children's room. My son didn’t want to leave there) In addition, there is a hammam and a sauna - I really liked it) As for the rooms, the interior is very cozy, tasteful. The beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi, necessary furniture, there is an iron and ironing board in the hallway. Spacious closet with everything close at hand. Everything is clean, tidy and cleaned regularly. Bed linen, towels - all clean and fresh. We took a room with a sea view and a terrace. As for food - they took three meals a day. For breakfast, lunch and dinner went by appointment, there we were waiting for a Swedish line with a great abundance of dishes for every taste. Appetizing, clean and tasty. Food is fresh, ate well. Special thanks to Elmaz for the wonderful coffee. The hotel staff is very qualified, friendly and helpful. At any time, for any question, you can contact. I want to come back to Hayal! We have just returned from a holiday at the beautiful Hayal resort (rested from 02.10.21 to 12.10.21). The weather was a little disappointing, but this did not darken our vacation in the least. A wonderful place, comfort, warmth and goodness are provided for one hundred percent !!! Very hospitable staff, they are greeted and seen off like family. Attentive, kind people. They love children very much. Stylish colorful interior. Great sea view. Clean, bright rooms. All at the highest level. Delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners. They beat me with a child (1 year old), we were very pleased with the warm floors in the room, since the little girl does not walk on her own yet, she spent a lot of time on the floor. Provide baby cot, high chair. The room has everything you need: a spacious wardrobe, a spacious bed, TV, kettle and tea accessories, hairdryer, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes, slippers, bathrobes. For children there is a small playground and a children's room with an animator. Cool bath complex without any surcharges !!! Heated bomb pool. They help with the transfer, which is very convenient.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is very attentive, the hotel and the territory are clean and well-groomed. There is a sauna and a hammam, a heated pool, we rested in early October, the water in the pool was warm, despite the cool weather, it took no more than 5 minutes to get to the sea, there is a children's room with an animator, every day there are different entertainments for children. The food is quite varied, the chef is excellent.

We rested at the hotel in mid-September. Had a very good vacation, we liked everything. The work of the staff is at the highest level. I want to especially appreciate the work of the administrator of Zarema - a positive person!) Will always help and tell you which places to visit. Worthy of a double prize !!! I also want to appreciate the work of the kitchen staff! The waiter is handsome) The food is delicious, homemade and varied.
The room is very clean, the bathroom is always replenished with shampoos and shower gels, you can see that the maids are trying very hard.
