This Guesthouse is the ideal place for your vacation, cozy and quiet, located in the Eastern part of Alushta, 150 meters from the beach. Flowing along the territory of the boarding house mountain river combined with the fresh sea breeze, rich in iodine and volatile, creates a unique feeling of purity and freshness of air inhaled. Parkland boarding house is rich with subtropical plants. Tree-lined avenues, comfortable benches, relaxing atmosphere – all this will help You to enjoy the healing Crimean air. Wide road to the sea is absolutely flat with no difficult descents-liftings.
Located: on the southern coast of Crimea, in the Central Park area of Alushta, 150 meters from the sea.
Beach: pebble, 150 m from the buildings. The beach is equipped with sunshades, sun beds, showers with fresh water, there's a clinic. The passage to the beach through an underground tunnel or the Park.
In the boarding house - 2 table, offer 3 meals and a rich Breakfast buffet with a wide choice of dishes, culinary and confectionery, various appetizers, desserts and drinks.
There is also a system of food - set menu and diet food.
The lower dining room is in a separate building from environmentally friendly material – wooden frame. It is primarily the health and quality! Spacious air-conditioned room is able to accommodate simultaneously more than 130 people.
The upper dining room offers an amazing view from the Windows of the hall. The pleasure You will bring not only the atmosphere but also delicious, and most importantly - the varied menu.

The weather was great. The food is good. They reacted quickly to the breakdown of the shower. The beach is a matter of taste. Who loves sand, but there are pebbles. It is not very convenient to enter the sea. Lots of stones. Excursions are many

I want to share how my family and I spent the may holidays in the Crimea. Went for a week in the boarding house Neva. Overall, I loved it and even wanted to come back. But probably not this year, as planned, in another place. However, I must say that the rooms are quite comfortable, food is very abundant and diverse. But for me the important thing is that food quality. The husband has a weak stomach, so this was my most important issue. But thank God, all well and good. And of course, very touched by the polite and courteous treatment at the cafe. Thank you, Tatiana Dmitriyevna. Very sweet and friendly woman, a true professional. Such should be valued. I went for a walk on the beach, but not swimming. For us yet. But everything is close - beach, Park, and promenade - very beautiful. So all very much. Thank you all.

We recently came from Alushta. Been to PANSIONAT Neva. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely stay, because we left very happy. Food in dining room delicious, satisfying, but for some reason the fish was always salted. Probably, the cook is in love.)) Pleased program where we had various discounts on excursions as well as club on the waterfront discounts on menu and drinks. The attitude was very courteous to us. The guide did a good job in terms of personnel. Wish there was a sports hall or fitness of any. Therefore, we recommend to do exercise equipment on site. And also I would like to see some kind of mini-zoo on site, it would be very cool. And more preferably on the beach to your animator, riding the bananas at a reduced price, and not just boat trips and parachutes. And even for children it is necessary to minihorse with steps into the water. The room in General comfortable, but lacked a corkscrew and chairs on the balcony. On one side was just wonderful, but these moments somehow I wanted to note. So, if something wrong, sorry, because all the staff tried very hard and were courteous, but we want Neve to flourish. We will come again.

Had a chance to go for the may holidays in the Crimea, In Alushta. Chose PANSIONAT Neva. I bought a relatively good price. And of course, initially a little volnovas that suddenly turns as the secondary. So I can say that I was pleasantly surprised! Not only that, the rooms are good, you can see that after the repair, all fresh, and the food is like homemade, all delicious. And fed such large portions. And although my son usually naughty, here I was especially pleased that he at least ate. So give a huge thanks to Nina anatolevne and cooks. Very nice staff. All very caring and friendly. So definitely try to come in the Neva river in June-July.

Decided this year to rest in Alushta. I wanted to find a cozy place, close to the sea, but not noisy, not on the waterfront, where day and night entertainment. Appealed to the travel Agency, where he found for me it's a great nest. The Guesthouse is small but cozy. Very pleased with the prices, the prices are reasonable, and good quality, any person can afford to relax here. On-site is not just a room, but it is a normal cafe with Swede. And recently also launched a round-the-clock bar. Handy if somewhere you want to walk longer, at any time of the day can go there and eat. The rooms I liked everything, the only drawback is no kettle , iron and glasses. I would like to see this next year as I am going with friends again to rest here. The pension promised discounts for the next race. But otherwise I'm happy with everything, thank you all for your efforts, responsiveness and diligent work. I especially want to mention the maid Tatiana Yashchenko, who was always polite and responsible. Girls administrators are also clever. On the beach too, good work guys, always polite and attentive, everything is clean, though the free sun loungers still missing. But still I have positive impressions for the whole year. I really love the sea this love instilled in me from childhood, when we traveled with my parents in summer vacation. Now I grew up and come here every year with a friend. In fact it is such a joy to escape from Moscow ,from all these stereotypes, where you society demands a certain behaviour, style of clothes, the latest iPhone model , and that every summer, somewhere to go to relax...here are all different, nobody cares who you are, what you are, where you are, what your social status is and so on. My friend just detached from everything and everyone , enjoying every moment spent there. In Alushta we rested usually with the grandmother, and this time decided not to bore her for their late night partying and live separately. That's why I decided to find some cheap boarding house, and first caught our eye Neva, which attracted us with their prices, location and the beach. To be honest, at first cautiously approached, because everywhere are buzzing about this place for a family vacation, thought it was almost all families with children, grandmothers and grandfathers. But then when we called back to find out details, we were told that at the Neva river private night club! Well to our delight there was no limit! And it was there, in the Sound, we almost had a blast and spent the whole two weeks of rest, impressions are still warm us, and that I would like to repeat. When I showed friends photos with famous DJs, we have gathered the whole company. It was especially nice that I didn't forget the whole year. Constantly congratulated, sent, informed, reminded. Well, like, honestly, kind of attitude. So thank you, "Neva" for the detachable rest. And this year we plan again if there will be problems with tickets and the border. Haven't decided when, but I want to.
