Quite a worthy active holiday at quite reasonable prices. There are discounts and promotions. Treatment, 3 meals a day, swimming pool, sauna, animation, cinema, tennis, bicycles, a playground for children, a neat well-groomed park and pleasant service at the reception left a positive impression. Yes, there are some shortcomings: not a very wide variety of dishes, which can be explained by the low season, the balcony does not close from the outside (maybe this is due to safety precautions), the work of the wardrobe in the dining room, but they did not spoil the mood. I recommend a stay in the Golden Family
I liked it very much, and the treatment, and the cleanliness in the room, super animation, before lunch we have procedures, the child is in the children's room, there are master classes, a speech therapist. The food is very varied and delicious. Great excursions from the hotel, wonderful guide. In general, next year we will come again
Service at a high level. A warm welcome to every guest. Procedures useful for health and body. Accommodation from the best. Cleanliness and order takes a special place. The food is excellent, especially vegetables and different salads prepared with a special taste. Service in the restaurant and in the dining room at a high level. In the evenings, the activities are carried out professionally. A special place is occupied by disco and dancing. I advise and even recommend to rest in the Golden Family Sanatorium. Just great. I express my gratitude to all the staff of the sanatorium❤
Very mixed feelings about this place. The hotel has many pluses and quite serious minuses.
Pros: good territory, rich vegetation, many flowers and trees, as well as on the entire coast, and good animators who entertain both children and adults.
Cons: in the rooms of the 3rd building, almost everything is bad (repair is weak, the accessories are the cheapest and shabby, sometimes you can see cockroaches), treatment and procedures do not really add to the rest (a couple of procedures are quite cheap and that's it), the kitchen is weak (as in serving - a canteen, and the quality is very mediocre), selling all sorts of rubbish on the territory is somehow not solid (every day you walk past a tray with dubious goods from some aunt), in the children's room they cannot sit with the child at all ( they will come up with any excuses not to sit, they didn’t bring a certificate, they shouldn’t, and you can’t even leave a child for half an hour for a cartoon).
In conclusion, I can say this. I did not feel that what they have done badly is done from evil. It's just the low standards of the hotel. When they have a deflated children's trampoline for half a week and there is no one to inflate it, or stupid non-functional furniture is chosen, or they allowed to deploy trays with masseurs near the dining room, they just have the feeling that they have not been to other hotels and do not understand that they do not do this. It's like visiting your grandmother. Everything will be somehow strange with her, in an old man's way, it seems to be comfortable, but in this century they don’t live like that and don’t cook like that and don’t do repairs in the rooms like that.

Great place to stay. The food is good, but boring, but I was there three times just boring)) nice animation, great staff. But this year the price to the moon, go across the street to another hotel.
Recommend, lived and ate the hotel complex due to its organization of the price, unfortunately, I don't know. The staff are gorgeous, food at the level, the rooms are comfortable
Wonderful,cozy hotel with a landscaped area. Tasty cuisine. The animation is excellent. And the staff is one of the best! Not a single day had to be bored in this wonderful place. And no matter what the weather outside. You will not leave even for an hour and miss won't allow it. With pleasure I will visit this hotel again! Highly recommend.
