So. We arrived with a friend in Bakhchisaray. Booked a room from 16.02.22 to 18.02.22. and, unfortunately, did not read the reviews, otherwise, of course, they would have looked for another hotel. It seemed that the only plus was a seemingly small price of 1350 per night (BUT, having gone further to Sevastopol, we rented a room for 1500, which was MUCH better, prettier, cleaner, a nice view from the balcony, a hairdryer, a refrigerator and other amenities. And the difference is 150 rubles!). From this I conclude that the price is VERY overpriced. Further, a terrible owl look. The doors are insanely fastened, the insulation is at zero, because of this you wake up a hundred times at night. And also, what seemed at first a plus, became a minus - this is a round-the-clock work. In the middle of the night, incomprehensible personalities came, who made noise, rumbled. And apparently for administrators it was ok. As one of them said in the morning, "it was the military, they probably brought the girls" We all understand what kind of girls ... In these 2 nights that we were in this institution, we slept sooooo badly ...
As a result, only one plus, friendly administrators at the reception. But, unfortunately, this is a drop compared to the sea of ​​cons.
Until they make a complete repair, and they stop letting incomprehensible violent personalities - not a foot into this "rest" house!

By our arrival, the cottage had not been warmed up - the temperature inside was 10 degrees and everything had not warmed up in an hour and a half. There was a breeze from the doors and walls, we asked to be moved to a warmer place.
We were upgraded to a deluxe room. The suite is very warm. The "aroma" from the bathroom spreads throughout the room, it was difficult to sleep. It is not possible to take a hot shower in our "suite" in the morning - an 80 liter boiler provides 2 suites. The neighbors got up earlier and used all the hot water.
On the second morning, everything happened again.
The room had not been cleaned for a long time, they asked to do the cleaning, but in the afternoon, we were told that the cleaning lady suddenly fell ill, so she didn’t get to our room. After the conversation, the administrator took the rag herself in her hands and wiped the dust from us. It's a pity we didn't get the name, but at least she was the most responsible employee of all.
But the bathroom was never cleaned.
In the morning we still asked to clean the bathroom. Already the third administrator assured us that she would definitely send a maid to us. And didn't send it.

If there is nowhere to stay, then stop. On the territory you can take excursions, a playground, the location is good. The staff is very friendly, but the walls are shabby, the carpet is stained (needs to be renovated). In the kitchen, the boorish attitude of the waiter.

Rested in the summer and have something to say. The boarding house is located on a decent hill to which you need to get, this must be taken into account. In general, outside and inside - a Soviet boarding house with minor updates. The staff is friendly, but the whole impression is spoiled by bed bugs in the mattresses, which leave huge red spots on the body. And the children who come to the children's camp and live in a building with visitors. The food in the dining room is delicious. Something like this.
