There is not enough infrastructure in the vicinity, but this is still a problem of the heritage of Ukraine, when they did not invest in development and everything "hung" due to the unclear status of the property.

Everyone is looking for his own on vacation. I like this calm place, where the silence around is broken only by the splashing of waves and the rustle of trees. However, if you are looking for an all-inclusive hotel on the Turkish principle, with a buffet and animators, then this place is not for you.

We rested in this wonderful hotel from 08/18/2019 to 09/01/2019, everything was super, the place was cool, the sea of ​​greenery, its own private beach where there is always a free place to sunbathe, clean air, quiet, quiet place, very cozy and nice rooms, my restaurant, service staff are kind and sympathetic, they always smile, the administration is just fire 🔥 hospitality at the highest...

Excellent stay in a beautiful location, has a private beach. Peace and quiet on site but within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The hotel has its own restaurant overlooking the sea and very good food. Nice rooms with balconies. Very hospitable staff.

But, the descent from the Reception to the embankment and the ascent to the restaurant are very steep, not everyone can do it. This restaurant barely pulls on an ordinary dining room both in terms of quality and range of dishes and interior. Private beach...

We stayed on the beach in November in a car. Travel is free. We examined the entire promenade. The hotel did not work. But the place is great. How to get into another world. Civilly, the tile is laid exactly, children's entertainment and a house right on the beach. Holidays for families and senior citizens!

Nice hotel, rooms are large, comfortable, clean. The staff are very helpful. The "kitchen" is simple but tasty. I do not recommend vacation in the village "Utes" for single travelers.

Food for 4. This is a restaurant in which they say no even to those with a beard. At first they did not want to sell us beer, they said that they were servicing the device. In the end, the beer looked like watered down. Barbecue could not be ordered - the brazier was on vacation. Half of the tables are booked but no signs. You sit down, the waiter comes up to you - busy.

We rested with our son 3 years. At the Lotus Hotel from 11.08 to 21.08.2020 Without a car. Today is 08.22. I rest in Evpatoria and miss the Cliff. After all, this is small Italy. The room was overlooking the sea. I have never lived so close to water. The views are amazing. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfasts are acceptable, without frills and fruit. For me, the prices in the restaurant are too high...

The place is comfortable, but not without drawbacks. I'd better start with them. Stayed for 2 days in a deluxe room, which is on the 4th floor (or 5, if you count -1 floor). Immediately the biggest and most hated minus to me is the twisted staircase. An excellent hotel in a cozy location. It's not the first time we've stopped. Nice area, pebble beach with sun loungers, a swimming pool, several restaurants and cafes. I would especially like to note the very reverent attitude of the staff to the guests, everyone is very friendly and benevolent. It is quiet, calm, no one makes noise at night, it is comfortable to relax with children. I recommend!

Everything is fine, cleaning, service, only one drawback - the Internet almost does not catch. No wifi, no mobile.

The view from the balcony to the sea is simply mesmerizing, dinner and breakfast accompanied by the sound of the surf is unforgettable, very clean and fresh. The only thing is that walking is not very convenient if you are a traveler without a car.

Rested in this hotel in mid-September 2020. We were completely delighted, everything in the room is very clean, there is everything you need for life (we took a room with a balcony and a mini kitchen), and of course the view from the window is a separate love. Descent / ascent by elevator to the sea took 1 minute. Of the minuses - there is a problem with parking throughout Utyos, cars can either be parked on the mountain for 250 rubles, or, as we agreed, for 600 rubles. in the owner's garage, next...

The room is not big, great view from the balcony, clean. There is a refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven. There is a lift. In early July, not crowded, the beach is small but there was enough space. Not bad for this place.
