A very decent hotel of European level. Has its own swimming pool. Clean and comfortable rooms. Drinking tap water. We are very satisfied.

Excellent hotel! Cozy beautiful rooms. Different types of baths: Finnish sauna, Turkish hamam, Russian bath. Excellent cuisine. Beautiful beach! I recommend.

We really liked it. We went there twice and will go again. Warm floors, very warm, we even opened the doors for ventilation. There were 3 families of us on holiday. A bunch of kids immediately flew into the pool. We barely caught them... There is a pool and a hot jacuzzi outside. The temperature outside is +5, in the jacuzzi it is +38. It is awesome, you can sit for hours.

What can I say? This is probably the best hotel in Feodosia!!!

Quiet and cozy family vacation, away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a cafe nearby, nothing disturbed. Everyone is vacationing with their families. The beach is nearby, clean. The rooms are clean. We will definitely come again.

For this money, this level and this place in Feodosia for me simply have no alternative. Very nice and polite staff, a well-kept small area with a normal pool (great for children, and adults can splash around too), there is a canteen downstairs, and they will cook whatever you want from the menu. A very nice building, colors and style in general. Neither a collective farm nor a Soviet one. And a pleasant bonus is always the price tags for food 2-3 times lower than in Yalta and the surrounding area. This is the hotel that looks the same in real life in the photos on the website, if not better. And now I will explain why the highest rating. As we know, everything is learned in comparison, so here in terms of price / quality in Feodosia the maximum rating. For the second year in a row I have stayed in this family mini-hotel (let's call it that) with my family with small children, and this time I also took my friend's family (along with my friend, of course). I always study everything very thoroughly before going somewhere and spending a vacation there with small children. I don’t like surprises. I was looking for a place in Feodosia that would definitely have its own swimming pool (I was only interested in children), a clean sea nearby, where there are no crowds of alcoholics, and preferably a relatively quiet area, so that those same noisy companies don’t yell under the windows all night (you can get there by taxi for 150 rubles). I don’t even mention air conditioning, good repair, shower, normal beds. They even give you beach towels. A sea view is always optional for me, but not obligatory. Of course, there are also disadvantages, but they are more likely not related to the hotel: parking is difficult (the hotel has only about 10 spaces, the rest are parked opposite without any problems); occasionally the current can bring algae, I’ve never seen jellyfish; if you go down for breakfast by 9:30, you might end up having lunch for breakfast:))) or ordering from the menu (we always wake up late, so we found a great alternative - opposite the hotel, right on the beach, there is a cafe called "Family" with the same prices, but it is much nicer to sit outside on the beach, although you have to wait for it to be prepared). In general, there are some disadvantages. For the most persistent, who read to the end, I will tell you the alternatives: 1. This is a hotel on the same street called Atlantic, but it is a little more expensive, because "all inclusive" and there are never any places :( I haven't been there myself, because I don't need all inclusive 2. Hotel Scarlet Sails, but it's 2 times more expensive, but also a completely different level. I was there this year with my whole family and so far this is the best place for me from hotels in all of Crimea, the price/quality fully correspond to the price tag. A very romantic restaurant on the roof for dates and other things. I won't recommend other hotels in Feodosia, because according to my parameters they don't meet (either a scoop, or dirt, noise, no appropriate rooms, dirty sea, noise, etc., etc.). And in conclusion, I want to advise you to eat in any composition, in addition to that very "family" cafe opposite the "hotel on Chernomorskaya" there is also a cafe with a club (one owner, but two entrances) Arcadia next to the Aivazovsky Gallery. So in this cafe (namely a cafe, not a club; the entrance is from Galereinaya Street, and not from the embankment) for the second year already and many times we come specifically to eat, because on the embankment we have not found anything worthy. And here it is always delicious, very nice interior and we still do not understand why, but the prices are very low (salad with mussels about 200 rubles and a portion of lyulya, where three large lyulya with country potatoes and salad is about the same). In any case, I never save when I know what I am paying for and I like everything clean tasty fresh and without surprises. That seems to be all
