Stopped in transit for one night.
The inside is very nice and cozy. Clean, well maintained garden. The guest house has parking, which is very important for this area, because. parking a car outside the territory is problematic.
The hosts are courteous, hospitable and not intrusive.
The room has a kitchen with everything you need except stove/tiles :) maybe you should have asked... But we had our own so it didn't come to that :)
There are no soapy-ryl accessories, no slippers, but the shower room itself is clean.
The room is generally clean. Power outlets, air conditioning, good mattress.
The window in the toilet did not close and it was cold at night, we should fix this moment :)
There is a place to dry things, thought over :)
We had a room on the 2nd floor, the stairs there are not safe, we need to think of something :)
In general, I would settle there again without hesitation, everything is fine.

Of everything in Gaspra, the most affordable guest house. But this does not mean at all that there is trash for rogues. Everything is modest, but decent and tasteful. The only negative is that it will be difficult for people with poor health to climb. I am not in their category. The pool is more like a children's pool, in my dacha there will be a little less collapsible) well, there are only children up to 10 and splashing. You can always buy beer, wine, drinks, ice cream, there is a barbecue area with a large table and two smaller tables by the pool. 53k for three weeks with flight and transfer, standard room A solid five for this price

To begin with, the location on the map does not match what the hotel website shows. The hotel is located in Gaspra, and therefore my review of the Gaspra hotel. For a long time we were looking for an option on the South Coast that allows accommodation with a pet, until we stumbled upon the website of this mini-hotel. Having previously agreed with the owner by phone, we hit the road. Already in Gaspra, at the observation deck of the Swallow's Nest, the hosts met us and escorted us to the place, which was very useful, because no explanations and navigators would have helped! I really liked what we saw - a well-groomed patio, flowers, a pond with carps, a "small botanical garden" , a small pool.
The rooms are quite comfortable, equipped with everything you need, there is wi-fi, if you wish, you can cook - there is a set of dishes, a microwave, and from the windows, especially if you live higher, there is a beautiful view of the sea and Ai-Petri. The hosts are sympathetic, friendly and hospitable people; help, guide, advise. In general, everything is fine, but there is one "But" - the hotel is located quite high. However, as the owners themselves said, they take guests with small children and the elderly to the beach and take them back.
