Excellent hotel. Convenient location.

Great club house! Stayed there for a week in July. The room is as in the picture, excellent location, silence, beautiful view of the mountains. It was very nice to cook in the kitchen. There are always fresh flowers in the lobby. Smiling staff. Will definitely be back!

We booked on booking for ~2000₽/room, in winter the price is quite high. What did you get? The first 15 minutes communicated with the representatives of the hotel only through the fence. They claimed that no one from the management warned them about the armor, which means we messed up something. You are interesting to the hotel workers only until the moment you give money for accommodation. Then they will only wait for them to leave as soon as possible and periodically ask about it. No cleaning, dirty. Black mold in my soul. The first 4 days we were not even given toilet paper. Guests can make noise and listen to music (loud, on the street) at least all night ... the administration does nothing...

Nice and pleasant hotel for the money. Clean and fairly spacious rooms, illuminated pool at night. Pleasant staff, cuisine from the menu from breakfast to dinner, everything is delicious. A bit far from the sea, 20 minutes walk. The hotel has a parking lot.

Nice cozy hotel. We were met by a friendly and sweet Evgenia. Clean, tidy, two-room suite with a kitchen and access to the pool - ideal for a family with children. We were out of season and in cool weather, but they gave us a heater, so we didn't freeze. The only downside is the cold tiled floors.

I was in Koktebel at the end of September 2020 for 3 days, the journey across the whole Crimea began with it. Stayed at this hotel. The place is very good value for money. The room is good, inside is air conditioning, refrigerator and TV (thick with a picture tube)). The kettle on the 1st floor was the most annoying thing. Some visitors just poked him into the rooms! An atmospheric place, the owners reacted with heart to the design of the institution, everywhere there are various funny signs, door handles made of axes, all sorts of interesting props and other things. The children are delighted. The rooms themselves are cozy and well furnished. The hotel is conveniently located, there is a direct road to the beach.

Great guest house with good hosts. Good food and service. Beauty with the kids. The nearest beach is 800 meters away, to the central beach 1.1, 1.6. There is a lot of seaweed on the beach.

I liked everything very much. We arrived very late, their kitchen was no longer working. But everything was opened for us and dinner was prepared. The rooms are clean. Children have a place to play. The staff is very good. Cooking like at home.

A great place to explore Crimea. Trails to Chatyrdag and Demerdzhi Yaila, not far from the Angarsk pass. The living conditions are excellent, even in cool weather the room is warm, there is a fireplace (it is so cozy near it in the evening!). The kitchen is in the room and on the first floor. We rested in August 2019. Wonderful mountain air and high comfort housing! It's wonderful after a morning walk along the mountain paths, which are right behind the house, to plunge into the pool and sunbathe on the lawn! The house has good plumbing, cleanliness and comfort!
