We arrived at the resort on December 31, 21. Seven adults, three Crimeans and four from Ukraine. At the reception were at 13.30, now 16.00. Until that time, only Russian passports were issued. It is more difficult with Ukrainian ones, as they explained to us. You have to wait. When asked how many - you see a lot of people, we will settle, we will begin to draw you up. One of us managed to go to Yalta for the original documents (passport and migration card), electronic copies are not valid. We hope to settle down before the New Year))) I will add a review at the end of the holiday ... I can say one thing - we will not go to Belarus with a Ukrainian passport a second time. Shame on the service...

They settled us in the first building, we chose it in advance. It should be noted that accommodation and food are of a good standard. The rooms are cozy, warm and cleaned regularly. The dining room is clean, the food is tasty and plentiful. The territory is large and well-groomed, a lot of greenery, there is a playground.
I would like to hope that the management of the sanatorium will pay attention to the issue of the work of the reception. After all, this is the gate of the sanatorium. A lot of people come on holidays, they have to wait a long time and crowd in the lobby.

I looked at Yalta, in the month of February it is not impressive. Compared to Yalta, the resort is good. The area is well maintained, the staff is polite, the food is normal. Recommended for a family resort.

The resort is good. The area is big and beautiful. We lived in a feather building - freshly refurbished. The food is excellent and tasty, so they returned home with extra kilos). If the cable car does not work, then the closest way to the sea is not, but this is a great way to skip at least 1 meal))). Resentment causes only retsepshen!!!!! It takes a very long time to complete the paperwork! Be prepared to waste an ENTIRE DAY on the check-in/check-in process when you check in....

We live in the 5th building in a junior suite on the 2nd floor. The room is ok, service unobtrusive timely. How far, relatively, to go to the dining room. The difficulty is that there is a big bias: in the dining room from the mountain, and after eating downhill. Building 5 is the farthest from the dining room. The food is good, it looks like a diet: everything is boiled / steamed. Everyone was given a different procedure. Mud only for children free of charge, for adults for a fee (320 rubles for one procedure). The pool is also paid. Of the free: magnetotherapy, oxygen cocktail, massage of the cervical spine and baths. But, it's very good. I will update my review as new experiences emerge.

In general, 4. I lived in the 5th building, it is very high, after the dining room it takes 10 minutes to go uphill. If it doesn't seem that long, try walking uphill at a 45-degree angle for 10 minutes. The treatment is not bad, but the cost of the tour includes 6 procedures. The food is simple, soviet, but plentiful. They don’t have their own kitchen, they bring food until it is laid out and cools down. There is a cable car to the coast. Beach for 3. There are sun loungers, but they are not enough for all vacationers. If you want to lie on a sunbed in the shade, you need to come to the opening of the beach, by 8 in the morning, and borrow. The room has towels not only for the legs, face and body, but also for the beach. The staff is friendly and welcoming. If you are not picky, you can safely take vouchers to this sanatorium.
