If you go on a budget ticket, paying only (!) Travel, then it's fine.
There are only 2 pluses: the cable car to the beach (may be closed due to construction) and good masseurs.
The rest on 2-
1) the operating mode of the lift from the beach (until 16h-40min) - in the summer!!😰this is Brad!!
2) closing the doors in building 1 at 20:00 (supposedly the working hours of the sanatorium !!) I had to go around the building along numerous stairs and climbs
3) on hot summer days you need air conditioning in the rooms
