Hello everybody! I rested with my wife at the end of July-beginning of August 2020. The room was on the 3rd floor with a balcony and a view of Kara Dag. The hostess Svetlana, pleasant and friendly, treated us with homemade wine upon arrival! The room is clean and comfortable, there is a necessary set of dishes and a microwave. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the sea in the shade, we were by car...

This is the best, in my opinion, offer in Koktebel in terms of price-quality ratio. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Very responsive and friendly staff. The room has everything you need, toilet, shower, microwave, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. There are no busy roads nearby, no party places, and you sleep very well. Just 10 minutes and you are by the sea in the very center of the promenade

A great place to stay. There is an indoor pool (1.65 m), recreation areas with barbecue, sauna. A room with a washing machine is a very useful gadget for a stay of 2 days or more. The room is clean, with splits, kitchen. In general, excellent for the money.
