Rested at the end of September 2020. The guest house is located in p. Ponizovka, practically in the southernmost point of Crimea. Very welcoming hosts. We had a studio at the very top overlooking the sea with all amenities and our own kitchen. The terrace offers beautiful views of the sea and surroundings. At night you can lie in the open air and gaze at the stars. It is quite easy to walk to the beach...

Cool place to stay! I recommend.!

Very good hotel. Large clean rooms. Delicious and hearty breakfasts, which are included in the price. There are two large swimming pools, a children's playground, barbecue facilities. The hotel is very cozy and thoughtful, everything is done with soul. Responsive and kind staff. We will gladly visit you again.

Good guest house. The rooms are worthy for 5000 rubles / day. We rested for all the May holidays. One drawback, the staff is a little lazy, although polite, during the 9 days of stay, the bed linen / towels were not changed at all. There is also no housekeeping in the rooms. I was outraged by the arrogance of the staff when, upon leaving the room, a remark was made that the trash bin had not been taken...

I rested with my family (wife and two daughters 1.5 and 9 years old) from 07/15/18 to 07/26/18. Everything is cool at the guest house - 2 pools around the clock, everything is in the rooms - (knives are sharpened, there are a lot of towels and they are Danish soft, frying pans are of high quality, there are enough beds, pillows, chairs - and the approach is visible from these little things), the breakfasts...

Gorgeous hotel! Very beautiful territory, every corner is like a photo zone, large and comfortable rooms, very often! 2 large pools, everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Excellent and attentive staff! Great hosts! I liked everything 1000%
