In 2020, I made a reservation at this hotel, but due to the pandemic they could not go. They made an advance payment of 15,000. In April I contacted the owner and said that we would not come. And what about prepayment. She told me that so far they are not refunding prepayments. And this is provided that on their website it is written that if they are informed about not arriving 15 days in advance, the hotel will return the prepayment. This year, after reading fresh reviews about them, I was just horrified by them and asked about my prepayment. I was rudely denied and told that I was like "BAD ASKED". After seeing the reviews about them, I realized that I am not the only one. I really hope that my family’s money-handed money will bring "benefit and prosperity" to these NON-HOUSERS. In social networks, in vatsap, they immediately blocked me, which once again confirms their dishonesty and irresponsibility to their own actions. Horrible people, and the hotel looks like a citadel.

Rudeness and deception
