A wonderful hotel with excellent cuisine! The rooms are cozy and clean. We were on vacation with our child. The children's playground was a huge plus. Nearby is an amusement park and a pond with boat rentals. The staff is very nice. They forgot the phone in the room. The hotel manager got in touch and did everything possible to send it to us as soon as possible. Huge gratitude!!

Great hotel with great food!

Perfect place! Too bad I didn't know about it before. Friendly staff, cleanliness. beautiful view from the window! I will be back for sure

I rented a semi deluxe room for a stay with a friend, before the wedding, the room is cool, nice balcony, but very expensive!!! The cafe at the hotel is lovely, beautiful and tasteful, there were discounts every day on certain items, such as hookah.

Terrible concierge. I called to clarify whether the application for 2 luxury rooms was accepted, they talked as if I owe the person something. The desire to live in a hotel has disappeared. If so "meet", what to expect from the hotel. I would recommend training the staff on courtesy.

Bad hotel. There is no refrigerator, the kettle was broken and no one gave a serviceable one. Nadezhda, the receptionist on duty, is absent a lot and does not give full information on time, exactly how to turn on the electricity in the room using a card. Didn't like the service at all. I do not recommend the Dayana hotel.))
